Through various weddings (one of which was their own in the UK), I have come to know Lily, Thibaut and their friends/family rather well! This meant that this wedding was always going to be something very special for me.

Set in the gorgeous countryside of Southern France, this was an incredible day. It was put to me that Lily and Thibaut didn’t just put on a wedding, but they put on a holiday for their guests. This holiday feel made for truly unmatched chill and joyous vibes.

Lily and Thibaut live in Paris, plus Thibaut is part Français and so having the wedding here had special meaning to them. The French elements they incorporated were absolutely amazing! Lily’s beautiful dress was from a French dress maker, they left the church in a gorgeous old Citroen and had a VERY authentic accordionist for the welcome drinks! It was tres superb.

The Chateau (spelling that word takes me 3 attempts every time), and the surrounding areas are really rather stunning. It would be a dreamy place to shoot any wedding, yet I got to photograph a wedding including some of the loveliest people going!

Lily and Thibaut are a delight to spend time with. They crack me up and have such warm, easygoing energy - nothing is too much hassle. It is clear what amazing people they are judging by the quality of their friends! Thank you so, so much for having me at your truly unreal day!

Big shouts to the vendors and the staff at the Chateau, especially Hayley and Alex, who not only made the day run seamlessly but were also so exceptionally kind and welcoming! Big shouts also to Hope & Dan and Amelia (missed u Charlie), who’s weddings I have had the pleasure of shooting before, soooo lovely to see you!
